Where We Come From ?
Calvary Chapel Albany was founded in 1995 by Pastor Chris and his wife Donna, with the support of Steve and Sarah Fisher. They saw a need for a Bible-based ministry in the city of Albany and were passionate about sharing the truth of God's Word with others.
From the beginning, Calvary has had a heart for young families, but over the years it has grown and expanded to include people of all ages and backgrounds. Today, our community is made up of a diverse group of individuals who are united in their love for Jesus and their desire to serve Him.
At Calvary, we believe that the Bible is the foundation of our faith, and we are committed to teaching it with accuracy and relevance. We believe that God's Word has the power to transform lives, and we seek to apply it to our daily lives in practical ways.
